tea is popularbeverage in the world. North of Iran is an important center of tea production in Asia. lahidjan is main city in processing of green tea leaves and packaging of tea(black and green). trait of lahidjan tea is purity. no chemical essence, no synthetic colors are used in process of raw tea leaves.


Kashfalsltnh titled as father of Iranian tea brought tea from india to Iran more than 100 years ago. he researched about tea industry in india Subcontinent countries.
nowadays Iranian tea farmers produce almost 70000 ton dried black and green tea.Iranian tea is exported to some countries and new demands of it are growing. despite of inside production Iran is a tea importer from sri lanka, India and... in recent years international brands including Ahmadtea and Lipton based their branches in production and distribution in Iran and contrast between native producers and foreign grows tea production industry in this developing country.

rice production in the North of Iran

today i want tospeak about iraian food and food products, agriculture products
one of this products is rice, iranian rice come from ricefields in the north of iran.
gilan and mazandaran provinces are the main producers of rice in iran. iranian rice is very delicious but more expensive than Indian subcontinent rice. still rice iranian farmers cultivate their farms with the method of their ancients and this increase the cost of production.
iranian rice have the special customers. it is exported to armenia,suadi arabia,syria and turkey
offcourse volume is not very much but it is growing.
